💸 Employee Referral Bonus Program
We love growing our team through people who already know what makes Silver Spoons special
How It Works:
- You’ll earn $250 after your referral completes 3 months with us.
- You’ll earn another $250 after they reach 6 months.
Eligibility:
To qualify for either bonus:
- Both you and your referred teammate must be actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout.
- Both employees must be averaging at least 15 hours per week.
- This program applies moving forward only and does not include any past referrals (10-5-2025)
How to Refer:
Send your referral’s name and contact info to Julia@silverspoonscatering.com or mention them when they apply.
